CleanOps 10 Terms of Service

The Website provides information about CleanOps 10's vacation rental cleaning and turnover-tracking services and lets visitors request a quote. The App is an internal work tool that CleanOps 10 issues to its own cleaning, inspection, and maintenance staff to manage assigned jobs, capture proof-of-work photos, report incidents, and track maintenance tickets.

App accounts are created and managed by CleanOps 10 administrators for members of our field team; the App does not support public self-registration. You may only use an App account that has been assigned to you, and only in connection with work performed for CleanOps 10. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use the Services only to:

• Request information about, or receive, CleanOps 10's cleaning and property-management services (Website), or
• Perform and document work assigned to you as a CleanOps 10 field team member (App).

You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting to access another user's account, submitting false job, incident, or invoice information, or using the Services in a way that violates applicable law.

Photos captured through the App document work performed at a property (proof-of-work, incident, and maintenance photos) and become part of the job, incident, or ticket record. Location access is used only to confirm that a photo was captured near the relevant property. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The Services, including the CleanOps 10 name, logo, and all associated content and software, are owned by CleanOps 10 or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our branding except as needed to use the Services as intended.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanOps 10 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

We may suspend or end your access to the App at any time, including when your employment or contractor relationship with CleanOps 10 ends. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
