CleanOps 10 Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CleanOps 10 (“CleanOps 10,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit cleanops10.com(the “Website”) or use our CleanOps 10 field team mobile app (the “App”), published for Android and iOS as “CleanOps 10.” Together, the Website and the App are the “Services.”

1. Who this policy covers

The Website is public and used by prospective and current cleaning clients (vacation rental owners and managers). The App is a private, work-only tool used by CleanOps 10 cleaning staff, inspectors, and maintenance technicians to manage jobs assigned to them by their employer.

The App does not support self-service sign-up. Accounts are created and assigned by a CleanOps 10 administrator for members of our own field team; individuals cannot register for an account on their own.

2. Information we collect

Contact form (Website). When you submit the contact form at cleanops10.com/contact, we collect your name, email address, phone number, property details, and any message you provide. Submissions are sent directly to our inbox through Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service — see Section 4.

Account information (App). Name, email address, employer/company assignment, and role (e.g., cleaner, inspector, maintenance technician) needed to sign in and assign work.

Camera and photos (App). The App asks for camera access so field staff can capture proof-of-work photos for cleaning jobs, incident reports, and maintenance tickets. Photos are uploaded to the job, incident, or ticket they were taken for and stored with our photo-hosting provider, Cloudinary.

Location data (App). The App asks for location access (“while using the app”) so we can confirm that a proof-of-work photo was captured near the property being serviced. We do not collect location in the background, and we do not use location data for advertising or to track staff movement outside of that verification purpose.

Job, invoice, and incident records (App). Information field staff enter in the course of their work — job statuses, notes, invoice line items, incident descriptions, and maintenance ticket details.

Device and diagnostic data. Standard technical information such as app version, device type, and crash/error logs, used to keep the Services running reliably.

3. How we use information

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Website and the App.
  • Respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form and follow up on quote requests.
  • Assign, track, and verify cleaning, inspection, incident, and maintenance work performed by our field team.
  • Confirm that proof-of-work photos were taken at the correct property.
  • Maintain business, payroll, and financial records.
  • Diagnose technical problems and keep the Services secure.

We do not use camera or location data for advertising, and we do not sell personal information.

4. Who we share information with

We share information with a small number of service providers who process it on our behalf, and only as needed to run the Services:

  • Web3Forms — delivers contact form submissions from the Website to our inbox.
  • Cloudinary — stores and serves photos uploaded through the App.
  • Hosting and database providers— host the App's backend and store job, account, and related records.

We do not sell personal information to third parties, and we do not share App data with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of CleanOps 10 or others, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale of assets.

5. Data retention

We retain contact form submissions as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our records.

We retain App account information for as long as an individual is an active member of our field team. Job records, invoices, incident reports, and the photos attached to them are business records of CleanOps 10and of the property accounts they relate to, and may be retained after an individual's account is removed — for example, to support payroll history, billing, dispute resolution, or legal and tax obligations. See Account & Data Deletion for details on what can be deleted on request.

6. Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) for data sent to and from the App and Website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Field team members can review and update their profile information in the App's Profile screen. To request deletion of your account or associated personal data, see Account & Data Deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information; contact us using the details below to make a request.

8. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to, and are not knowingly used by, anyone under 18. The App is a workplace tool issued only to employed or contracted adult field staff.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will update the “Last updated” date above.
